Payment

We accept 3V, Visa debit, Visa credit, American Express and Mastercard through Paypal and we also accept laser, debit and credit cards over the phone. Payments are made on a secure website provided by Paypal, we do not see your debit / credit card detailsShipping & Postage

EUR 7.50- postage fee applies to all orders under EUR 100.00-, free shipment for orders over EUR 100.00-. We use DPD Couriers (and AnPost in exceptional cases) and aim for next day delivery on all orders paid by noon.

Products will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Out of stock items will be delivered separately within 15 working days. The available quantity of all products on stock is shown beside the products.

Please note that DPD Couriers aim to deliver the parcel maximum 3 times and will return them to our warehouse if they are unable to deliver. If you provided your phone number during your registration on our website we will provide the courier with your phone number, if not please feel free to add your phone number now to your profile.

Should you not receive your order within 5 working days after full payment completed please contact us at glamourlashesbyjanamail.com and we will investigate your parcel.

Return Policy / Product Warranty

No problem to change your mind! If you are unhappy with our products please send it back to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of the purchase date and we will fully refund your money in 30 working days once the products are received. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and will be happy to help.

If the product you received is faulty / damaged / or missing please contact us within 7 working days after receiving them and we will replace it. Proof of purchase, proof of damage (photo) must be available for our request.

Electronics - All electronics come with a 6 months warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis.

You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) and pay for shipping to our warehouse. Please contact us before sending back any machines.
